Thank you for supporting JEMZ Farm Honey. We are committed to carefully packaging and shipping your order so it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. During peak honey season, holidays, or market events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation once their order has been prepared and shipped.
Shipping Methods
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and destination of the order.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. JEMZ Farm Honey is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Damaged Packages
We carefully package all products to help prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and products
- A description of the issue
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. JEMZ Farm Honey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and ensure deliveries are sent to a secure location.
Warm Weather Notice
Honey and beeswax products may naturally soften, melt, or crystallize depending on temperatures during shipping and storage. These natural changes do not affect the quality or safety of the product.
Local Pickup and Markets
Some products may be available for local pickup or delivery at farmers’ markets and events. Pickup details and availability will be communicated at the time of purchase.
