At JEMZ Farm Honey, we take pride in providing high-quality honey and hive products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Food Product Policy

Because our honey and many of our products are classified as food items, we do not offer refunds or returns on opened or unopened products. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and product integrity.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
